Hi, I'm Dee. I have been doing stage management since 2016, and have more recently gotten into digital and hybrid performance, livestream management, and have started dabbling in content creation. For more information, check out the links.
About
I got my degree (A BFA in Drama, with Distinction) from the University of Calgary in 2011. Following a hiatus from arts work, I began stage managing with some consistency in 2016.
In 2020, with the Pandemic, I began making YouTube content as a way to teach myself video editing and digital media. In 2021 I took on coordinating regular livestreams for my local church, and in 2022 I worked on a digital production management apprenticeship with Savanna Harvey.
Other interests I have include: Accessibility advocacy, Mental health advocacy, 2SLGBTI+ Advocacy, programming (I'm currently learning C# and HTML/CSS/Javascript), JRR Tolkien's writings, and deep dives starting from random wikipedia articles.
